Today we had our 90day Full Day Workshop for our members and we reviewed the last quarter before planning the last quarter of 2022.

So many of our business owners/leaders talked about how it can be lonely being in business. Who do you talk to? You can’t talk to your team about problems and challenges – and sometimes it’s hard to know who to trust. Worse still is when we think ‘it’s just me’ – ‘I’m sure everyone else is ok’. We don’t want to look stupid or be embarrassed. We want people to be impressed by how we’re running our businesses. Sometimes that’s about keeping clients happy. Other times it’s about making sure your family know they can rely on you.

It can be hard . . . but it doesn’t need to be if you find your community or your tribe.
